What do I need to include in a brief?
Not sure what details to include when sharing your brief? Here's a quick rundown of key information that’s helpful to provide:
Create a mood board
-Draw inspiration from a variety of sources, such as Pinterest, Vogue Runway, Instagram, competitors, trend forecasts, or even your brand's previous prints.
-Create a colour palette. This could be inspired by images of other prints or a curated set of colours that align with your vision.
When brainstorming, consider elements like themes, motifs, layout, and techniques. Do you envision a graphic, bold aesthetic, or something more hand-drawn and artistic? Think about colour, scale, and the overall feel you'd like to achieve.

Know your objectives
Key considerations-
Quantity: How many prints do you need?
Type: What style of print are you looking for? (e.g. placement, seamless repeat, embellishment, embroidery)
Printing Method: How will the artwork be printed? (e.g. digital printing, screen printing, rotary)
File Format: What file format does your manufacturer require? (e.g. PSD, TIFF, Al)
Timeline: What is your deadline for the artwork?
